Grandma's 90th Birthday -part 1
This is a picture of the cousins and our kids.
Grandma Ella turns 90 today! We had her surprise party last weekend at Blanche's house.
It was so much fun. We did a potluck dinner. Kyle, my husband and I made a video collage of Ella's life thus far. It was a big hit. I made 2 picture collage posters and hung them on the wall.
Since Grandma LOVES the color yellow, we did the whole party in yellow. Yellow and white balloons and streamers, yellow tableclothes, everyone was encouraged to wear yellow to the party as well! Grandma also loves yellow roses, so there were about 50 yellow roses there. Tracy made beautiful centerpieces for the tables. And this is everyone hiding out just before Grandma arrived. 
The plan was for Barbara and Blanche to take Grandma Ella to get her hair done. During that time, we went to Blanches house and decorated and set up for the party. It was a big hit! Below is a picture of "The 5 Girls and Grandma".
Those in attendance were: Barbara, Tracy, Mishea, Scott, Valorie, Caitlyn, Abby, Rochelle, Karen, Kyle, Kaylee, Konnor, Ann, Kirk, Wayne, Suzie, Luke, Amanda, Demi, Shelby, Peggy, Larry, Brandy, Sean, Gabe, Baby Ella, Cookie & Rick (the best surprise of all), Blanche, Bobby, Linda, Roberta, David, Denise, Ray, Deb, Carleen, John, Denise, Mike, and a few more, but my memory is a little fuzzy!
There will be more posts coming soon. Also, if you have pictures you would like to add, please let me know... I will add you as an administrator too! This was a wonderful day and everyone had a great time.
